VISA for ALGERIA Application

• Visa Exemptions: Citizens of the following countries with ordinary passports are exempt from visa for stays of less than 90 days : Libya, Malaysia, Maldives, Mali , Mauritania, Morocco , Seychelles, Syria, Tunisia and Yemen. non-exhaustive list may change at any time , contact us for verification. Beyond the authorized period , it must apply for a visa .

• Transit : it is possible to stay in transit for 24 hours with the continuation of the air ticket (except for people traveling with Palestinian documents).

• Children: There must be a complete visa application for each child.
   

• Minors traveling alone : Provide more formalities Tourism: a territory exit permit of 2 parents + copy of the family register

• Minors traveling with one parent : Provide more formalities Tourism: exit permit from the territory of the other parent + copy of the family register

• The Algerian people with no visa in the passport presented when submitting the file to the consulate , can not get a visa multiple entries.

•     Consulates are sectored : Download the list of consulates and departments that depend HERE .

• Persons with visa applications at consulates of Nanterre or Pontoise but residing in the provinces may have their visas refused

BUSINESS VISA

• VSI purchase order control in duplicate
• Original passport valid for 6 months after the date of return
• Copy of the passport identity page
• 2 original passport photos in color (not scanned)
• 2 visa application forms fully completed (on pain of refusal) on computer, in capital letters. Note the company visited address the question "address during the stay"
• VSI proxy at 2 copies printed on letterhead of the company, signed by the applicant and sealed with the company stamp. The model can be downloaded here:
• Insurance certificate valid repatriation on Algerian territory for € 30,000. It must be valid for 6 months if a multiple entry visa is required. We can provide it at an additional cost (see rates below), simply check the box PO VSI Insurance
• Original letter of assignment from the French company stating the reason and dates of travel and the number of desired entries. It should be written on letterhead, signed and stamped and specify the full address of Algerian correspondent.

Caution: the Consulate of Pontoise , the engagement letter must be written on a letterhead with the address of a site in a department that depends on the consulate to be Pontoise : 14/27/50/60/61/76 / 95 . The buffer is not enough. It should also be noted in the text that the passenger is working on this site.

The home address of the applicant must be close to the company address stated otherwise it will provide a proof of address.

Caution: the Consulate of Nanterre, the engagement letter should be addressed to the attention of the Consulate of Algeria in Nanterre.

• Invitation letter from your correspondent Algerian stating the reason and dates of travel. It must be on letterhead and bear the company stamp .
• Technical sheet :
• Copy of return airfare MANDATORY
• Copy of your last pay slip (or failing less than 3 months) or employer’s certificate specifying the salary 
• Work certificate mentionning your position
• Hotel reservation (only for the Consulate of Pontoise).
• Discharge complete responsibility :
• Declaration of Honor  dated, signed with the left index imprint affixed for the visa applications filed with the Consulate of Algeria in Créteil 

• For EU nationals resident in France : Provide more proof of address
• For foreigners residing in France (excluding Europe ): Provide in addition a copy of the residence permit

REFUSED VISAS ARE NOT REFUNDED BY THE CONSULATE

TOURISM VISA / DOMESTIC

 We intervene only to people resident in the departments 58/77/89/91/92/93/94/95

• VSI order purchase in duplicate

• Original passport valid for 6 months after the date of return
• Copy the first 4 pages of the passport and the address page
• 2 original passport photos in color (not scanned)
• 2 visa application forms fully completed (on pain of refusal) on computer, in capital letters. Note the company visited address the question "address during the stay"
• VSI proxy, legalized by the municipality of your place of residence (except for visa applications to the Consulate of Nanterre and Pontoise that do not require legalization). The model can be downloaded here:
• Discharge complete responsibility :
• Hotel booking confirmation or certificate of accommodation legalized by an Algerian authority (authenticated by the City of residence in Algeria) and a copy of the national map of Algerian identity of the host + proof of his home and resources (payroll, trade register ...)
• Insurance certificate valid repatriation on Algerian territory for € 30,000. We can provide it at an additional cost (see rates below), you just have to check the VSI in the right order
• Copy of your last pay slip (or failing less than 3 months) or employer’s certificate specifying the salary 
• Parental permission for minors to Algerian parents and the photocopy of the family book
• For spouses of foreign nationals Algerians: Provide a marriage certificate or copy of the family register and a copy of the Algerian identity document of spouse

• Declaration of Honor  dated, signed with the left index imprint affixed for the visa applications filed with the Consulate of Algeria in Créteil 
• For EU nationals resident in France: Provide more proof of address
• For foreigners residing in France (excluding Europe): Provide in addition a copy of the residence permit

WORK VISA

Provide more Business records the following documents in 4 copies :

• Copy of the temporary work permit issued by the concerned Directorate Wilaya (prefecture) in Algeria

No visa is issued emergency - the consulate expects an agreement to issue the visa
