VISA ALLEMAGNE Application

Citizens of the European Union or the European Economic Area do not need a visa or a work permit, an identity document is sufficient to enter the territory.

After arrival and installation in Germany, they must simply register with the Home Office statement upon which their home.

For French miners see sections "Minors Info" in the following table.

Nationals of States outside the European Union residing in France and holding a national passport valid and a valid French residence permit can travel without visas in the Schengen area for tourism purposes for a period up to three months per semester. Note that a receipt for residence card application does not allow visa free travel in the Schengen states.

For any stay of three months and / or intended to hold a job, a visa must be obtained from the German Embassy in Paris before entering the country.

Since 2008, foreigners domiciled in Switzerland may enter Germany and other signatories of the Schengen Agreement and stay for short stays of up to three months with their passport and residence permit issued by Switzerland and this, without any additional visa.

STUDIES VISA

I. Applicants who began their studies in France and Germany wish to continue as they are obliged , as part of their curriculum , to achieve part of their studies in another Member State of the European Union must provide following documents: 

  •     valid passport with 2 photocopies
  •     French residence permit valid accompanied by 2 copies 
  •     certificate of registration in a German institution of higher education or equivalent 
  •     certificate of registration in a French institution of higher education or equivalent 
  •     Proof of the obligation of the student to do his studies in several Member States of the European Union 
  •     visa application form 
  •     1 picture consistent with biometric standards

 

II. Applicants who began their studies in France and wish to continue or complete them in Germany as part of an exchange program must submit the following documents: 

  •     valid passport with 2 photocopies 
  •     French residence permit valid accompanied by 2 copies 
  •     certificate of registration in a French institution of higher education or equivalent 
  •     certificate of registration in a German institution of higher education or equivalent 
  •     Proof of participation in an exchange program between Member States of the European Union or in an exchange program of the European Union 
  •     Supporting the university received training and studies planned in Germany proving that they complete the training in France 
  •     Proof of sufficient knowledge of German (level B1 of the Common European Reference Framework for Languages) with two photocopies 

or proof of registration in a preparatory language course in the first year of study, along with two photocopies 

  •     Official support of declaration by a German organization (the foreigners said Ausländerbehörde, the embassy or consulate general)

or a scholarship certificate (amounting to € 638 per month minimum)

or a bank statement proving the existence of a blocked account in Germany stocked up to € 638 a month for a year (for long-term studies)

III. Applicants who began their studies in France and wish them continue or complete them in Germany and enrolled to study in France for a period of at least two years must submit the following documents: 

  •     valid passport with 2 photocopies 
  •     French residence permit valid accompanied by 2 copies 
  •     registration certificate in a French institution of higher education or equivalent 
  •     registration certificate  in a German institution of higher education or equivalent 
  •      Supporting the university received training and studies planned in Germany proving that they complete the training in France 
  •      Proof of sufficient knowledge of German (level B1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) with two photocopies or proof of registration in a preparatory language course in the first year of study, along with two photocopies

Visa internship under agreement

Applicants must appear in person at the Consular Section of the Embassy

Germany and make the following documents: 

  •     valid passport + 2 copies 
  •     French residence permit valid + 2 copies 
  •     training agreement with the exact address in Germany + 2 copies 
  •     Certificate of the central service of the Federal Agency for employment placement , Zentralstelle für Arbeitsvermittlung - ZAV , Studentenvermittlung 212, 53107 Bonn - ( if the applicant already has in its possession ) 
  •     completed visa application form 
  •     1 biometric photograph

If the internship is unpaid , it is imperative to justify its financial situation during the stay in Germany ( 638 € per month ) by a bank statement , a scholarship certificate or supported.

The French documents must be translated into German.

VISA TO STAY LANGUAGE

Applicants must appear in person at the Consular Section of the German Embassy and make the following documents:

VISA for a stay in pair

The applicant must be between 18 and 24 years, have basic knowledge of the German language level A1 attested by a corresponding certificate of Goethe Institute or one of its representatives / partner organizations.

VISA « VANDER ELST »

A 'Vander Elst visa ' is a visa issued to foreign nationals in the European Union employed by a French company and sent for a fixed-term mission to Germany while remaining under French employment contract.

 

Applicants must appear in person at the Consular Section of the German Embassy and make the following documents: 

  •     valid passport + 2 copies 
  •     French residence permit valid + 2 copies 
  •     service delivery certificate clearly stating the actual employment of the service provider 
  •     completed visa application form 
  •     1 biometric photograph 
  •     Health insurance certificate

VISA DE REGROUPEMENT FAMILIAL

French Miners Info

According to French regulations each French minor must have a passport or a national identity card and an individual authorization to leave the country . As part of group travel , including school , it can however be established a collective passport and a collective authorization to leave the country .

EU nationals Miners Info

For nationals of the European Union only the passport or national identity card are required.

Info foreign miners living in France

The trips minor foreigners residing in France are subject to the possession of an individual passport with either a French identity (TIR) ​​a travel document for foreign minors (DCEM) also determined by the Prefecture .
