Informations to know :

Visa exemption : Nationals of the following countries do not need visas if stay less than 90 days : Belarus , Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova , Mongolia, Russia , Tajikistan , Ukraine and Uzbekistan .

Transit : it is possible to stay in transit for 72 hours with the airline onward ticket.

Children: There must be a complete visa application for each child.

o Minors traveling alone : Provide more formalities Tourism: a territory exit permit of 2 parents + copy of the family book + copy of identity documents of parents

o Minors traveling with one parent : Provide more formalities Tourism: exit permit from the territory of the other parent + copy of the family book + copy of identity documents of parents

French society engagement letter
official invitation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs mandatory for any request for business visas . Companies invitations are no longer accepted. We can get it if needed, thank you to fill out to join the invitation application form with your application: form
Kbis extract of the company in Azerbaijan mandatory .
Copy of the hotel reservation . It must always be registered , mentioning the dates and be signed and stamped .
Copy of plane ticket or itinerary round trip
For foreigners residing in France : Provide in addition a copy of the residence permit

Note : In tourism , the Consulate only issues visas for one entry only

VISA UPON ARRIVAL (e-visa) in Normal Time

If you want VSI to take charge of obtaining your e-VIsa, just send us by email to evisa@vsi-visa.com or by simple mail the following documents:

Copy of passport (page with photo) in colour, good quality. The passport must contain 2 free pages, be valid for at least 6 months from your expected arrival date in Azerbaijan and excluding emergency passport.

Within 1 to 4 days we will send you the e-visa by email, to print, allowing you to board.

Indefinite period ( count minimum 15 days)

Consulate open Monday, Wednesday and Friday only

Consulate closed in France on 21 and 22 March

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs on site will also be closed from 21 to 29 March inclusive - A delay in obtaining invitations and visa agreements is expected during this period
