VISA BANGLADESH Application

Informations to know :

• Visa Exemptions: Citizens of the following countries with ordinary passports are exempt from visa for stays of less than 90 days : Barbados, Bhutan, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Fiji, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Grenada, Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Jamaica, Kenya, Lesotho, Malawi, Maldives, Mauritius, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, St Kits and Nevis, Tanzania, Tonga and Zambia. non-exhaustive list may change at any time , contact us for verification.

• Transit : it is possible to stay without visa the same calendar day.with a confirmed onward ticket for a flight to a third country.THey must stay in the international transit area of the airport and have the documents required for the next desitnation.

• Children: There must be a complete visa application for each child.

Minors traveling alone : Provide more formalities Tourism: a territory exit permit of 2 parents + copy of the family register

Minors traveling with one parent : Provide more formalities Tourism: exit permit from the territory of the other parent + copy of the family register

BUSINESS VISA

• VSI order form in 2 copies
• Original passport valid for 3 months including 2 free pages face to face
• 2 identical recent passport photographs in color (not scanned )
• 2 visa application form completed and printed online : Applicaiton form (please use Internet Exporer or Chrome)

• Business Introduction Letter from the applicant's employer in France. This letter must :

- Indicate the purpose of the journey

- Indicate the dates of travel

- Be signed, dated and stamped

- Be printed in 2 copies

• Letter of Invitation from the company the applicant is visiting (original or copy). The letter must :

- Indicate the purpose of the journey

- Indicate the dates of travel

- Be signed, dated and stamped

- Be printed in 2 copies

• Hotel reservation confirmation or mail confirmation
• Flight reservation or Itinerary onward/return travel
• Travel and Repatriation Insurance certificate, valid for the duration of the entire trip. VSI can provide it (extra fees)
• Additional Information Sheet
• Power of Attorney to VSI in 2 copies printed on the company’s letterhead, signed by the applicant and bearing the commercial stamp. The model can be downloaded here: 

• For Multiples entries : Provide in addition a certificate of repatriation insurance and medical expenses valid for the whole duration of the invitation
• For foreigners (non europeans) living in France : Provide a copy of your residence permit

TOURISM VISA

• VSI order form in 2 copies
• Original passport valid for 3 months including 2 free pages face to face
• 2 identical recent passport photographs in color (not scanned )
• 2 visa application form completed and printed online : Applicaiton form (please use Internet Exporer or Chrome). If you wish, VSI can fill in the form online for an extra 24 € TTC. Please complete the following document: form by Vsi

• Hotel reservation confirmation or Certificate of accommodation if you are staying at the inhabitant

This certificate of accomodation must be mentionned :

- The name

- The complete address

- The phone number

- Email

- the mention that all the accomodation are fully paid by the inhabitant

• Flight reservation or Itinerary onward/return travel
• Travel and Repatriation Insurance certificate, valid for the duration of the entire trip. VSI can provide it (extra fees)
• Power of Attorney to VSI in 2 copies printed on the company’s letterhead, signed by the applicant and bearing the commercial stamp. The model can be downloaded here:

WORK VISA

You must provide all the documents for a business visa and :

• Letter from Board of Investment (BOI) of Bangladesh
• For foreigners (non europeans) living in France : Provide a copy of your residence permit

Health: Anticholeric vaccine, yellow fever and recommended malaria treatment.
