Informations to knows :

• Visa Exemptions: Citizens of the following countries with ordinary passports are exempt from visa: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan. non-exhaustive list may change at any time, contact us for verification.

• Nationals of the following countries with an ordinary passport are exempt from visa for a stay of less than 5 days with departure and arrival in Minsk: Albania, Andorra, Antigua and Barbuda, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Barbados, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Dominica, El Salvador, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep), Kuwait, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia (FY-ROM), Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Micronesia (Federated States), Monaco, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Nicuaragua, Norway, Oman, Panama, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Seychelles, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Saint Vincent and theGrenadines, Sweden, Switzerland, United States, Uruguay, Vanuatu and Vatican City (Holy See). • Some nationalities can obtain a visa on arrival.

• If traveling by train Belarus, a transit visa is required.

• Transit: it is possible to stay in transit for 24 hours at the airport with the continuation ticket. Beyond this time we need a visa. When traveling by train, thank you to refer to the following section after Transit Visa.

•   Children: There must be a complete visa application for each child.

BUSINESS VISA

•  VSI purchase order in duplicate
• Original passport valid for 3 months after the date of return
• 1 original color photo (not scanned )
• 1 original visa application form fully completed and signed
• Mission statement of the French company stating the reason and dates of travel
• NEW: Hotel booking on letterhead , with mandatory address, stamp and signature
• Official invitation delegated by the Belarusian authorities even if it is a request for 1 or 2 entries. Please note that the invitation is only valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
• repatriation and medical insurance certificate . The insurance must meet the following requirements :

- contain the name of the insurance company , address , phone number or the number of international assistance , and the names and surnames of the insured

- Be valid on the territory of the Republic of Belarus

- Be valid during the stay in the territory

- Cover the medical expenses of at least € 10,000

Travellers are required to carry with them the original of the health insurance certificate or health insurance contract taken . The health insurance of default under the contract provisions constitutes a ground for refusal of the visa.

For a multiple visa valid entries a year with 90 days stay join more:

• Original invitation from a Belarusian Society
•     Copy of the contract ( the Cooperation Agreement ) between the Belarusian society and a foreign citizen or foreign company for which he works , certified by the original stamp of the Belarusian company or foreign company , or a copy certified by the consul against the original document.
•     original extract from the state register of the Belarusian Society if individual entrepreneur ( k bis ) or certified copy conform valid for 90 days after certification.
•     If the consul deems necessary , other documents may be obtained .

For foreigners living in France attach more:

•     Copy of the residence permit

TOURISM VISA

• VSI purchase order in duplicate
• Original passport valid for 3 months after the date of return
• 1 original color photo (not scanned )
• 1 original visa application form fully completed and signed
• Copy of plane ticket or itinerary round trip travel agency certificate
• repatriation insurance and proof of health underwritten BELGOSSTRAKH BELEKSIMGARANT or companies or other foreign insurance company . The insurance must meet the following requirements:

- Contain the name of the insurance company , address , phone number or the number of international assistance , and the names and surnames of the insured

- Be valid on the territory of the Republic of Belarus

- Be valid during the stay in the territory

- Cover the medical expenses of at least € 10,000

• official invitation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or voucher from a Belarusian agency

The Official Invitation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs is mandatory for stays of more than 11 days

• For foreigners residing in France (excluding Europe ): Provide additional copy of the residence permit

If staying more than 30 days and more join

TRANSIT VISA
