The visa is not required if the stay is less than 90 days for nationals : British - Belgium - Brazil - Canada - croatia - czech rep . - Denmark - Estonia - Finland - France - Germany - Greece - Hungary - Ireland rep . Israel - Italy - Japan - Luxembourg - Norway - Poland - Portugal - Spain - Sweden - Switzerland and other countries (please inquire)

 

Please find below the list of documents required for obtaining a visa to enter the Bolivian territory.

 

  •  VSI purchase order in duplicate
  •     visa application form completed and signed
  •     2 color passport photographs (3.5 x 4.5 cm)
  •      Original passport valid for at least 6 months after the entry into Bolivia
  •      Photocopy of the residence permit for foreign nationals resident in France
  •      original vaccination certificate against yellow fever (this part is only compulsory for those who will go to the Bolivian tropic
  •      Criminal record (Bulletin No. 3) in French and its translation into Spanish by a certified translator certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in France. Foreign nationals must legalize these documents from their consulate or embassy in France. (Applicants Visa located outside of France, must have their criminal records legalized by their foreign ministries and their embassy in France). Minors who wish to obtain visas are exempt from this process.
  •     A certificate of economic resources (bank certificate, bank statements or pay slips). For minors and students, a management certificate
  •     A reservation of hotel or lodging certificate signed specifying the address of stay + photocopy of the identification of the calling and proof of address (lease contract or invoice for electricity or telephone)
  •     Copy of airline tickets round trip booking

Tourism

 

Visa Application Letter to Bolivia plurinational state Ambassador 
Work

- Letter of Mission, accompanied by the relevant documents such as employment contract, certificate from your employer (documents specifying the purpose of entry in Bolivia)

- Proof of existence of the company, association or foundation ( extrati Kbis, NIT or legal existence of attestation )

Traineeship

- Convention certificate or internship contrt signed with your educational or professional organization of affiliation .

Volunteering

- Certification of your institution or host organization , showing your articipation trades volunteer in Bolivia

- Proof of existence of the company, association or foundation ( extrati Kbis, NIT or legal existence of attestation )
Wedding

- Application letter to the Ambassador of the Plurinational State of Bolivia

- Invitation letter notarized with a notary in Bolivia, your future ( e) spouse ( e) accompanied by photocpie his ID

- Certificate of celibacy and birth certificate legalized by the Foreign Ministry or by the French Embassy countries of interested originie

 

NB: For the marriage with the Bolivian authorities , think about the legalization Aures the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Consulate of Bolivia in France originals and Spanish translations ( by sworn translator ) Certification of celibacy and certificate birth of the person concerned .
Residence Visa

- application letter addressed to the Ambassador of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, accompanied by a document stating your interests and motivations to reside in Bolivia.

If you are married ( e) to ( e) citizen (do ) Bolivian ( not ) provide Bolivian marriage certificate.

If you have family in Bolivia provide their proof of residence in Bolivia with a copy of their identification and documentation specifying the activities of such persons in Bolivian territory

Studies

- Certificate of Registration to the education center concerned ( high school, college, university )

If the student is a minor : submit travel authorization issued by parents or guardians + copy of the identification of parents.

- Accommodation Certificate specifying the residence address accompanied by direct debit receipts ( lease, éléctrivité bill or telephone). also present the copy of the identity of those responsible for the reception rooms .

VISA VALIDITY

Upon issuance of the visa , you have 30 days to enter Bolivia .

Visas (except Studies) used to stay 30 days in Bolivia max. An extension (surcharge) is possible on the premises of the Migration Service .

The student visa is valid for 60 days Interested parties must present to the Migration Service within that period to apply for regularization of their temporary stay in Bolivia (fee ) .

Applicants for a residence permit have to leave Bolivia with all original documents submitted at their request.

The visas granted are valid for a single entry in Bolivia to regularize the migratory status in Bolivia.

The visas granted to Americans are multiple entry visas valid for 5 years
