Transit : it is possible to stay in transit on the same calendar day with the continuation ticket. Getting out of the airport is not allowed.

VISA BUSINESS

VSI order form in 2 copies
Original passport valid for at least 6 months
2 identity photographs identical, original, color (not scanned)
1 original visa application form. Attention, the visa will be made according to the dates specified on the form (3 months maximum)
Letter of mission from the French company indicating the reason and dates of the trip, signed and stamped commercially
Letter of invitation from your Congolese correspondent indicating the reason and the dates of the trip, bearing the commercial stamp. NEW : This letter must also include the stamp of the Directorate General for Territorial Security (mandatory form from 30/03/2015)
For foreigners residing in France (outside Europe): Copy of the original residence card

VISA TOURISM

VSI order form in 2 copies
Original passport valid for at least 6 months
2 identity photographs identical, original, color (not scanned)
1 original visa application form . Attention, the visa will be made according to the dates specified on the form (3 months maximum)
Copy of the hotel reservation signed and stamped by the hotel or Certificate of accommodation by the inhabitant legalized by the DGST Directorate General of Territorial Security

Copy of the airline ticket or return itinerary or travel agency's certificate stating the dates of travel
For foreigners residing in France (outside Europe): Copy of the original residence card

VISA EXPATRIATION

Apply for a visa Business valid for 3 months and extend the visa on the spot with the Immigration Service by bringing the employment contract, photos and passport.

Please note that the consulate automatically issues visas valid for 3 months (higher consular fees).
