Information to know:
- Attention: As of 1 May 2010, medical insurance will be required by the Cuban authorities. Travelers who will not be able to present this certificate will have to take out this insurance upon their arrival in Cuba from a Cuban agency.
- Visa exemptions: Nationals of the following countries with an ordinary passport are exempt from visas if they stay less than 90 days: Liechtenstein, Malaysia, Montenegro and Serbia. If you stay less than 30 days: Armenia, Belarus, Benin, Bosnia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Macedonia, Moldova, Mongolia, Namibia, Russia, Slovakia, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan. Non-exhaustive list may change at any time, contact us for verification.
- Transit : it is possible to stay in transit for 72 hours with the continuation ticket. Passengers are allowed to leave the transit area but not the airport.
- Children: A complete visa application must be completed for each child.

VISA BUSINESS
- VSI order form in 2 copies
- Original passport valid for 6 months after the scheduled return date
- 1 original color picture (not scanned)
- 1 original visa application form
- Mission letter from the French company indicating the reason and dates of the trip
- Invitation letter from your correspondent indicating the reason and dates of the trip
- Certificate of medical insurance to be provided upon arrival in Cuba (do not send it for visa application)
- Copy of the round trip ticket
VISA TOURISM (tourist card)
- 1 visa application form
- Copy of passport identity page. The latter must be valid 6 months after the scheduled return date
- Copy of hotel reservation confirmation or travel agency certificate. (It is advisable to book at least 2 nights hotel.) Cuban authorities may require to see these reservations.
- Certificate of medical insurance to be provided upon arrival in Cuba (do not send it for visa application)
- Copy of the round trip ticket

WORK / STUDENT / DIPLOMATIC / SERVICE VISA
You must first contact your local correspondents who must apply for a visa from Immigration Services in Cuba through their ministry. The consulate then receives an agreement to affix the visa.
