Information to know:

• Health : Diphtheria-tetanus-poliomyelitis vaccines essential, typhoid fever, viral hepatitis A and B recommended.

• Visa upon arrival : Some nationalities may obtain the visa upon arrival. Contact us for more informations.

• Children: A complete visa application must be completed for each child.

O Minors traveling alone : Provide in addition to the formalities Tourism: an authorization to leave the territory of both parents + copy of the family booklet

O Minors traveling with one of the parents: Provide in addition to the formalities Tourism: Authorization to leave the territory of the other parent + copy of the family booklet

VISA BUSINESS

• VSI order form in 2 copies
• Original passport valid for 6 months after the scheduled return date
• 2 original color photos (not scanned)
• 2 visa application forms
• Mission letter from the French company indicating the reason and dates of the trip
• Invitation letter from your correspondent indicating the reason and dates of the trip
• Copy of the hotel reservation or confirmation mail
• Copy of the air ticket or itinerary
• Proof of income: copy of pay slip or certificate of income or pension fund
• Extrait Kbis if the interested party is manager of his company
• For foreigners residing in France (outside Europe): Provide in addition a copy of the residence permit valid for at least 6 months

BUSINESS VISA ON ARRIVAL - eVisa

If you want VSI to take in charge the evisa process, please send us by email at evisa@vsi-visa.com the following documents:

• VSI order form - eVIsa

• Copy of the passport (identification page ), in colors valid for at least 6 months from the expected return date

• 1 photo in color

• Visa apllication form completed
• Invitation Letter form your correspondent indicating the reason and dates of the trip
• Flight Booking or Electronic Ticket

Please note that eVisa is issued from date to date!  Please indicate the exact dates of your trip.

VISA TOURISM

• VSI order form in 2 copies
• Original passport valid for 6 months after the scheduled return date
• 2 original color photos (not scanned)
• 2 visa application forms

• Copy of the hotel reservation or Accommodation certificate
• Copy of the airline ticket or itinerary return or Certificate of travel agency stipulating that the trip is reserved

• Proof of income: copy of pay slip or certificate of income or pension fund
• For foreigners residing in France (outside Europe): Provide in addition a copy of the residence permit valid for at least 6 months

TOURIST VISA ON ARRIVAL - eVisa
