VISA GHANA Application

Information to know:

• Visa exemptions: Nationals of the following countries with a regular passport are exempt from visas if they stay less than 90 days: Benin, Burkina Faso, Cape Verde, Ivory Coast, Gambia, Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Kenya, Liberia, Mali , Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Singapore, Swaziland and Togo. Non-exhaustive list may change at any time, contact us for verification.

• Transit : it is possible to stay in transit for 48 hours with the continuation ticket (except for South Africans).

• Health : Vaccine against yellow fever obligatory, it is necessary to present its vaccination certificate on entry into the country. If you do not have it you will be vaccinated upon arrival. Recommended anti-malarial treatment. Please note: The vaccination record must be valid for the duration of the stay.

• Visa on arrival : To obtain the visa upon arrival, you must have obtained an agreement from the Immigration Department prior to departure and be in possession upon arrival of the confirmation (subject to acceptance of Boarding of the airline). Applicable only to ordinary passports.

• Children: A complete visa application must be completed for each child. Children under 9 years of age are exempt from yellow fever vaccination.

O Minors traveling alone : Provide in addition to the formalities Tourism: an authorization to leave the territory of both parents + copy of the family booklet + copy of the parents' identity documents

O Minors traveling with one of the parents: Provide in addition to the formalities Tourism: Permission to leave the territory of the other parent + copy of the family booklet + copy of parents' identity documents

• Warning : Visas can only be obtained if the visa holder already has a visa for Ghana in his / her passport. The request is subject to the agreement of the consulate and therefore unsecured visa.

VISA BUSINESS

• VSI order form in 2 copies
• Original passport valid for 6 months after the scheduled return date
• Copy of Passport Identification Page Required
• 1 Identity photo original (not scanned), colors
• 1 original visa application form filled in uppercase (the signatures must be original and not copied). Please indicate all first names + personal and business phone number
• Letter of mission from the French company detailed on paper signed and stamped, written in English and indicating the reason and dates of the trip
• Letter of invitation from your correspondent on signed and stamped paper, written in English and indicating the reason and dates of the trip
• Copy of the identity document or passport of the signatory of the invitation letter + the copy of the work permit or the resident card if the signatory is of French nationality

• Copy of flight ticket or round trip itinerary or detailed travel agency certificate
• NEW: Copy of reservation of hotel stamped and signed by the hotel (required)
• Proof of residence of less than 3 months: EDF invoice, telecom, Gas ... (rental contracts are not accepted)
• Copy of the yellow fever vaccination record. The carnet must still be valid for the duration of the stay.
• Negative PCR test, less than 72 hours to present during your boarding
• For Europeans residing in France: proof of residence
• For foreigners residing in France (outside Europe): Provide a copy of the residence permit

VISA TOURISM

• VSI order form in 2 copies
• Original passport valid for 6 months after the scheduled return date
• Copy of Passport Identification Page Required
• 1 Identity photo original (not scanned), colors
• 1 original visa application form filled in uppercase (the signatures must be original and not copied). Please indicate all first names + personal and business phone number
• NEW: Copy of reservation of hotel stamped and signed by the hotel (required)
• Copy of flight ticket or round trip itinerary or detailed travel agency certificate

• Proof of residence of less than 3 months: EDF invoice, telecom, Gas ... (rental contracts are not accepted)
• Copy of the yellow fever vaccination record. The carnet must still be valid for the duration of the stay.

VISA EXPATRIATION

• 1 original visa application form filled in uppercase (the signatures must be original and not copied). Please indicate all first names + personal and business phone number
• Invitation letter from your correspondent or Note verbale
• Copy of the hotel reservation or confirmation mail
• Copy of flight ticket or travel agency certificate

• Proof of residence of less than 3 months: EDF invoice, telecom, Gas ... (rental contracts are not accepted)

• Copy of the yellow fever vaccination record. The carnet must still be valid for the duration of the stay.

• Negative PCR test, less than 72 hours to present during your boarding

TRANSIT VISA

• VSI order form in 2 copies

• 1 original visa application form filled in uppercase (the signatures must be original and not copied). Please indicate all first names + personal and business phone number

• Copy of flight ticket or travel agency certificate

• Copy of the yellow fever vaccination record. The carnet must still be valid for the duration of the stay
• Copy of the country of destination visa if required

• Negative PCR test, less than 72 hours to present during your boarding
• For Europeans residing in France: proof of residence
• For foreigners residing in France (outside Europe): Provide a copy of the residence permit

Attention: The withdrawal is done in the afternoon, no delivery by courier VSI can not be done the day of the withdrawal
