VISA INDONESIE Application

Attention: All files must be presented in A4 format, arranged in order in an unfolded envelope

Information to know:

• Nationals of the following countries must take appointments with the consulate directly for any visa application: Afghanistan, Cameroon, North Korea, Guinea, Israel, Liberia, Niger, Nigeria, Pakistan, Somalia.

• Visa upon arrival: Some nationalities do not need a visa if arriving at certain airports. Contact us for more information. Attention, biometric passport required for this procedure - Emergency passports refused - this tacit residence permit of 30 days can not be converted or extended. The passport must contain at least one free page

• Transit : it is possible to stay in transit for 8 hours with the continuation ticket (except San Marino).

• Health : Antimalarial treatment recommended.

• Children: A complete visa application must be completed for each child.

O Minors traveling alone : Provide in addition to the formalities Tourism: an authorization to leave the territory of both parents + copy of the family booklet

VISA BUSINESS (60 days maximum stay, non-renewable)

• VSI order form in duplicate
• Original passport valid for 6 months after the scheduled return date (emergency passports are tolerated only when traveling for serious reasons (such as death)
• Copy of passport identity page (page with photo)
• 1 original color photo (not scanned) pasted on the form
• 1 original visa application form to complete online and print. A receipt will be sent to you. Link for filling: form
• Copy of airline ticket or return trip - Highlight the date of entry and exit from Indonesia
• Letter of mission from the French company addressed to the consulate (show the address), indicating the reason and dates of the trip, including signature and commercial stamp
• New: Extract Kbis of the French company dating less than 3 months
• Invitation letter from your correspondent indicating the reason and dates of the trip
• Trade register of the Indonesian company
• Proof of residence of any nationality (receipt of rent, EDF / GDF / water / mobile phone) of less than 3 months

• If multiple entry visa application : Immigration Service Agreement. This agreement must be obtained by your sponsor in Indonesia from the Immigration Department

• For foreigners residing in France (outside Europe): Provide in addition a copy of the residence permit
• For Portuguese: Submit an additional employer certificate

VISA TOURISM (60 days of stay max, not renewable)

Below 30 days of stay the visa can be obtained on arrival for certain nationalities including French (see list below). Have at least: a free passport + return ticket + valid credit card or $ 1000 and biometric passport (emergency passports are not eligible for this procedure)

For more than 30 days you must apply for a visa and submit the following documents:

• VSI order form in duplicate
• Original passport valid for 6 months after the scheduled return date (emergency passports are tolerated only when traveling for serious reasons (such as death)
• Copy of passport identity page (page with photo)
• 1 original color photo (not scanned) pasted on the form
• 1 original visa application form to complete online and print. A receipt will be sent to you. Link for filling: form
• Copy of airline ticket or return trip - Highlight the date of entry and exit from Indonesia

• For foreigners residing in France (outside Europe): Provide in addition a copy of the residence permit
• Proof of residence of any nationality (receipt of rent, EDF / GDF / water / mobile phone)
• New: Copy of a proof of income for the last 3 months, indicating a minimum amount of 1500 €

Nationals of the following countries can obtain visa on arrival:

SOCIO-CULTURAL VISA: VISIT AMICALE OR FAMILIALE / STUDENT / NON-REMUNERATED / HUMANITARIAN STAGE ( validity: 60 days renewable 4x30j max)

Provide additional documents Tourism:

• Proof of income for the last 3 months
• For a student visa: Letter from the French institution

• For a friendly visit: attach a letter of invitation from the sponsor to Indonesia signed on a tax stamp of 6000 rupees (materai Rp. 6000, -), must be signed and stamped by the village / banjar / RT-RW chief Sponsor + a copy of the sponsor's identity card (KTP) + copy telex authorization of immigration index "211" if the stay exceeds 60 days
• For the Indonesian mixed family: letter of invitation from the Indonesian spouse + a copy of his / her Indonesian passport + a copy of the family / marriage certificate;
• For a traineeship: attach a copy of the internship agreement clearly legible, duly signed, acceptance of the host society including the register of the company's business + sponsor identity document, Certificate of non-hiring issued by the Indonesian company + copy telex authorization of immigration index "211" if stay exceeds 60 days
• For a social, humanitarian or religious visit: attach a French mission letter + Extract Kbis from the French company dated less than 3 months + official Indonesian invitation letter + host organization status + sponsor ID + Copy telex authorization of immigration index "211" if stay exceeds 60 days
• For university exchange: copy of mutual agreement of exchange + acceptance of the host university

VISA EXPATRIATION

• VSI order form in duplicate

• 1 color photo to paste on the form
• Proof of residence of any nationality (receipt of rent, EDF / GDF / water / mobile phone)

VISA OF LONG STAY "312"

In addition to the formalities of the multiple business visa entries, attach the following:

• Passport valid for 12 months from the date of arrival in Indonesia
• Copy of passport identity page (page with photo)
• 1 color photo to paste on the form
• Proof of residence of any nationality (receipt of rent, EDF / GDF / water / mobile phone)
