IMPORTANT

The consulate is again requesting the fingerprints of visa applicants. These remain valid for 1 year.

VSI will therefore only be able to take care of the deposit of your files if your fingerprints have already been recorded a first time.

 

NEW

Attention now the visa is sent by email by the Consulate of Iran after the deposit of the visa application and fingerprints.

Please mention an email address on the visa application form and during your online registration

 

Important information :

  • Visa exemption : Nationals of those countries, for a max. of 90 days : Georgia et Turkey. Please contact us for confirmation.

 

  • Children : Please provide an autorization to leave the country from both parents + copy of the familiy booklet.

 

  • Warning : Do not use staples !

 

  • Visa on arrival : A visa for Toursim or Business can be obtain on arrival is the applicant has a "e-visa apprval" code, coming from the Ministry of Foreign Affaires. This document is asked by the Iranian contact (information on : www.mfa.gov.ir). The visa alloxs you to stay 72h max (business) or 15 days maximum (tourism).  If a visa has been refused, you cannot obtain a e-visa approval. Cost of the visa on arrival : 50 USD. BUSINESS VISA

Warning : Fingerprint are required !  

For this kind of visa, toute démarche ne peut être entamée qu'après avoir l'invitation (formulaire 2)  / ou N° d'autorisation de visa du Ministère Iranien des Affaires étrangères

  • VSI order form in 2 copies
  • Original passport valid for at least 6 months
  • 2 photographs in colors, on white background
  • Application form completed on computer. Indicate a phone number in Iran !
  • Visa application online :  http://request1.evisa.mfa.ir/request/en/
  • Information page (file enclosed on the top of the page)
  • Copy of the application form 2 (form 2) completed by your iranian contact (the invitation number, the address and phone numbr of your contact has to be mentionned)
  • Autorization from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (6 figures)
  • Rapatriation insurance certificate, covering the dates of travel (VSI can deliver it for you, see the order form for more information)

 

 

TOURIST VISA

Warning : Fingerprint are required ! 

  • VSI order form in 2 copies
  • Original passport valid for at least 6 months
  • 2 photographs in colors, on white background
  • Application form completed on computer. Indicate a phone number in Iran !
  • Visa application online :  http://request1.evisa.mfa.ir/request/en/
  • Copy of the flight reservation
  • Autorization from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (6 figures)
  • Rapatriation insurance certificate, covering the dates of travel (VSI can deliver it for you, see the order form for more information).

 

 

WORK VISA 

Warning : Fingerprint are required !

Fournir en plus des documents Affaires les documents suivants :

  • Autorisation de travail fournie par la société Iranienne
  • Autorisation finale du Ministère des affaires étrangères Iranien
  • Sur le formulaire noter impérativement le numéro d’autorisation de visa

 

 

TRANSIT VISA

The consulate recommends you to obtain visa prior arrival.

It is possible to transit without visa for a maximum of 24h, providing onward tickets. For a longer stay a visa is required :

Documents needed for a transit visa :

  • VSI order form in 2 copies
  • Original passport valid for at least 6 months
  • 2 photographs in colors, on white background

  • Flight ticket + a copy
  • Visa for the next country if required

VALIDITY OF THE VISA

Visa valid from the date of issue, for the number of entries and the period indicated on the invitation.
