VISA KAZAKHSTAN Application

Information to know:

• Visa exemptions: Nationals of the following countries with an ordinary passport are exempt from visas: Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. If stay less than 90 days: Armenia, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine. If stay of less than 30 days: Serbia and Turkey. Non-exhaustive list may change at any time, contact us for verification.

• As from 1 January 2017, nationals of Australia, the United States of America, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, the United Arab Emirates, Germany, Greece, Denmark , New Zealand, Japan, Israel, Ireland, Iceland, Spain, Italy, Canada, Cyprus, the Republic of Korea, Latvia , Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Malaysia, Malta, the United Mexican States, Monaco, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Great Britain, Finland, France, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Chile, Switzerland, Sweden and Estonia no longer need a visa whatever the reason for the stay if it is less than 30 days

• Transit : it is possible to stay in transit for 24 hours with the continuation ticket.

• Children: A complete visa application must be completed for each child.

Minors traveling alone : Provide in addition to the formalities Tourism: an authorization to leave the territory of both parents + copy of the family booklet

Minors traveling with one of the parents: Provide in addition to the formalities Tourism: Permission to leave the territory of the other parent + copy of the family book

• The visa application form must be completed on a computer and must be printed on both sides. NO RATURE IS ACCEPTED. You will find below the link to the form, otherwise it is available in PDF format as a file attached at the top of the page.

VISA BUSINESS

• VSI order form in 2 copies
• Original passport valid for 6 months after the scheduled return date
• Copy of the passport identity page MANDATORY
• 1 original ID in color (not scanned) pasted on the form
• 1 original visa application form must be completed on computer and printed on both sides: click here

In section 23, write down the name, address and telephone number of the insurance company and the contract number.

• Mission letter from the French company indicating the reason and dates of the trip
• If visa is required for more than 30 days or for 2, 3 or multiple entries: Official letter of invitation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, attached to the file and addressed to the consulate (We can provide it if you wish. Complete the application form
• For foreigners residing in France (outside Europe): Provide in addition a copy of the residence permit.
• For Mexican nationals, an invitation letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is compulsory.

VISA TOURISM / PRIVATE VISIT / FAMILY VISIT

• VSI order form in 2 copies
• Original passport valid for 6 months after the scheduled return date
• Copy of the passport identity page MANDATORY
• 1 original ID in color (not scanned) pasted on the form
• 1 original visa application form must be completed on computer and printed on both sides: click here

In section 23, write down the name, address and telephone number of the insurance company and the contract number.

• For foreigners residing in France (outside Europe): Provide in addition a copy of the residence permit

For a "private tour" visa 1 entry or "tourist" visa 1 or 2 entries, additionally provide:

• Certificate of travel agency mentioning the cities visited or Handwritten letter specifying the reason for the trip, addressed to Mr. Le Consul, for tourist visas one or two maximum entries
• For private travel: contact details (name, address) of a contact in Kazakhstan

For visa "private visit" 2 or 3 entrances or "tourism" 3 entries, provide in addition:

• Certificate of accommodation issued by the Migration Police Department for private visas or Hotel Vouchers or Invitation from the Receiver referred by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (the Consulate must receive double in parallel). (We can provide it if you wish. Please fill out the invitation form )

Passengers with a tourist visa will have to present their vouchers or invitation on arrival

WORK VISA

• VSI order form in 2 copies
• Original passport valid for 6 months after the scheduled return date
• Copy of the passport identity page MANDATORY
• 1 original ID in color (not scanned) pasted on the form
• 1 original visa application form must be completed on computer and printed on both sides: click here

• Working license
• Official invitation letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, attached to the file and addressed to the consulate. (We can provide it if you wish. Please fill out the invitation form )

VISA TRANSIT

• VSI order form in 2 copies
• Passport valid at least 6 months after the scheduled return date
• Copy of the passport identity page MANDATORY
• 1 original ID in color (not scanned) pasted on the form
• 1 original visa application form must be completed on computer and printed on both sides: click here

• Visa of the country of destination or reservation of flights
• Cost of visa: 30 € if visa valid 5 days for an entry, 60 € for two entries
