VISA KENYA Application

Information to know:

  • Visa exemptions: Nationals of the following countries with a regular passport are exempt from visas if they stay less than 90 days: Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Botswana, Brunei, Burundi, Cyprus, Ethiopia, Fiji, The Gambia, Ghana, Grenada, Jamaica Rwanda, Samoa, San Marino, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Singapore, Solomon Islands, Swaziland, Tanzania, Tonga, Trinidad and Tobago, Vanuatu, Zambia, Uganda, United Republic of Tanzania Zimbabwe. Non-exhaustive list may change at any time, contact us for verification.
  • Transit : it is possible to stay in transit for 24 hours with the continuation ticket.
  • Health: Recommended anti-malaria treatment and yellow fever vaccine
  • Children: A complete visa application must be completed for each child.

O Minors traveling alone : Provide in addition to the formalities Tourism: an authorization to leave the territory of both parents + copy of the family booklet

O Minors traveling with one of the parents: Provide in addition to the formalities Tourism: Authorization to leave the territory of the other parent + copy of the family booklet

 

 

VISA ON ARRIVAL

It is now possible to obtain an eVisa upon arrival in Kenya.

Once the eVisa is approved, travelers can obtain their visa upon arrival in Kenya.

VSI can handle the evisa procedure. Please send your request at least 8 days before departure.

To be eligible for this procedure, the traveler must:

  • Hold a passport valid for at least six months after leaving the country and containing at least one blank visa page
  • Hold a round-trip airfare

If you want VSI to take care of your evisa , please send us the following scanned documents by e-mail to evisa@vsi-visa.com ( please send your request at least 8 days before departure) :

  • Copies the identity page of the passport (page with photo and page with address), preferably colors
  • Reservation of hotel or Certificate of accommodation + copy of the identity document of the guest for a tourist visa
  • Company Invitation to Kenya for Business Visa
  • Completed electronic visa application form :  
  • Identity photo in color
  • VSI order form completed

Once the eVisa is completed, VSI will send the evisa confirmation to the traveler.

It is mandatory to present the following documents upon arrival at the port of entry in Kenya in order for the visa to be issued:

  • The confirmation of evisa
  • Round-trip flight reservations

Attach to the documents already cited, as appropriate, the following documents :

  • If Travel:

O Reservation of hotel or Certificate of accommodation + copy of the identity document of the guest for a tourist visa

  • If traveling business:

O Original of the French mission letter
O Invitation letter from the company in Kenya

  • For students: Photocopy of the school certificate or student card
  • For minors: it is not necessary to do this evisa.

The evisa must be made on the parent's

O Original legalized parental authorization (father, mother or legal guardian)
O Proof of identity of the parent (father, mother or legal guardian) who gave the travel authorization (Passport, National Identity Card or Residence Card)
