- Original passport valid 3 months after the return date

- Original signed and completed visa application form

- Letter from the French company

- Invitation letter

- Travel document whose validity exceeds by 3 months the expiry date of the visa
- Recent identity photo, format 35x45mm only, in colors on white background
- Certificate of Medical Insurance valid during the entire stay in Lithuania, covering medical and repatriation costs

- Residence permit or residence permit for aliens living in France
- Opinion of the Migration Department of the Republic of Lithuania on the decision to issue the residence permit in Lithuania.

CAUTION: You must provide all originals. Where necessary, the visa office may require the submission of other documents.

- Invitation from a natural or legal person of Lithuania, except in cases where it is not necessary (see list of countries whose nationals are subject to the invitation). Invitation Must be endorsed by the migration services of the Republic of Lithuania

To obtain a Type C multiple entry visa, you will need to provide additional documentation to justify the need for it. In the case of the submission of an invitation from a legal person, it will be necessary to present the documents proving the link with the legal person.

The Type B visa - or Transit visa - is a visa that allows transit for up to 5 days in Lithuania before reaching the final destination of the journey

List of documents to be submitted in order to apply for a transit visa:

- Visa application form duly completed and signed

- Travel document whose validity exceeds by 3 months the expiry date of the visa
- Recent identity photo, format 35x45mm only, in colors on white background
- Certificate of Medical Insurance valid during the entire stay in Lithuania, covering medical and repatriation costs

- Residence permit or residence permit for aliens living in France

If necessary and if deemed necessary, additional documents may be requested to justify the purpose, travel conditions and financial resources when crossing Lithuania to the main destination or the legal source of income.

Children on a parent's passport have a visa. Nevertheless, mention them on the form. The visa is free up to 16 years except in the case of an emergency visa.
