Certificate of good mental health	Established by a psychiatrist
Certificate of good physical health (1 per person)	Established by a general practitioner You must have these documents legalized by the National Order of Physicians or have the signature of the practitioner legalized by the City Council, which must mark: " Seen for certification of the signature of (name of doctor) "
Certificate of Morality	Established by an employer or friend who has already adopted in Mali To be legalized by the town hall of the applicant, otherwise have a certified copy by vote.
Tax Form	Have your City Council bear the words "Copy certified true to the original"
Criminal record extract (1 per adult)	Send us an original of less than 3 months
Certificate of Sterility for Couples	You must have this document legalized by the National Order of Physicians or have the signing of the practitioner legalized by the City Council, which must mark: " Seen for certification of the signature of (name of doctor) "
Certificate of care of the child in the event of death	This letter must certify the commitment of a family member to take care of the adopted child in the event of incapacity or death of the adopter Have the signature of this person legalized by the town council of your city
Certificate on the honor of giving news of the child at least once a year	Have the signature signed by the town hall of your city
Application to the President of the High Court of Bamako	Have the signature signed by the town hall of your city

Time limit	10 to 15 days between sending and returning your complete file
