VISA MONGOLIE Application

General information :

• Visa exemption : The nationals of the following countries do not need a visa to enter in Mongolia for stay less than 90 days : Georgia,  Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and USA. Please contact us for confirmation.

• Transit without visa : the visa is compulsory to enter in transit.

• Children : Each child has to apply with is own passport and application form

o    Minors travelling alone : Fournir en plus des formalités Tourisme : une autorisation de sortie de territoire des 2 parents + copie du livret de famille + copie des pièces d’identité des parents

o    Minors travelling with one parent : Fournir en plus des formalités Tourisme : Autorisation de sortie du territoire de l’autre parent + copie du livret de famille + copie des pièces d’identité des parent

BUSINESS VISA

• VSI order form in 2 copies
• Original passeport with 6 months validity minimum
• 1 original photograph in colors (copies are not accepted)
• Original visa application form fully completed
• Introduction letter from the French company. It has to state the purpose of visit and dates of travel
• Invitation letter from the company in Mongolia. It has to state the purpose of visit and dates of travel
• Flight reservation or transport reservation (round trip)
• Certificate of insurance (rapatriation and health) for the whole duration of stay or invitation (same dates as the ones mentionned on the invitation letter). If you want VSI to provide it, please tick the box on the order form)
• For stays of more than 30 days / For Multiples entries visa - Please provide the Authorization of the Immigration Office of Mongolia

TOURIST VISA

• VSI order form in 2 copies
• Original passeport with 6 months validity minimum
• 1 original photograph in colors (copies are not accepted)
• Original visa application form fully completed
• Hotel reservation or Attestation from travel company stating that the accomodation is paid
• Flight reservation or transport reservation (round trip). If you want to enter in Mongolia by car, please provide a copy of the certifate of immatriculation of the car + copy of the visas of the countries crossed
• Proof of residence in France
• Certificate of insurance (rapatriation and health) for the whole duration of stay or invitation (same dates as the ones mentionned on the invitation letter). If you want VSI to provide it, please tick the box on the order form)

For stays of more than 3 months : Please provide the Authorization of the Immigration Office of Mongolia
