Information to know:

Visa exemptions: Nationals of the following countries with an ordinary passport are exempt from visas if they stay less than 90 days: Angola, Armenia, Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Belarus, Botswana, Brazil, Canada Cuba, Denmark, Finland, France , Germany , Iceland , Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Lesotho, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malawi, Moldova, Mozambique, Norway, New Zealand, Uzbekistan Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, Swaziland, Sweden, Switzerland, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, USA, Zambia and Zimbabwe. Non-exhaustive list may change at any time, contact us for verification.

Please note that due to reported problems concerning border crossings, we strongly recommend that you obtain the visa before departure (see list of documents to be provided below depending on the reason for your stay)

Transit : it is possible to stay in transit for 24 hours with the continuation ticket.

Health : Antimalarial treatment recommended. Vaccine against yellow fever compulsory if arriving by land with crossing of an affected country.

Attention: The Namibian Foreign Ministry indicates that no foreign travelers from countries affected by the Ebola virus will be allowed to enter Namibia. These measures have an immediate effect.

Children: A complete visa application must be completed for each child.

O Minors traveling alone : Provide in addition to the formalities Tourism: an authorization to leave the territory of both parents + copy of the family booklet

O Minors traveling with one of the parents: Provide in addition to the formalities Tourism: Authorization to leave the territory of the other parent + copy of the family booklet

VISA BUSINESS

VSI order form in duplicate
Original passport valid for 6 months after the scheduled return date
2 original color photos (not scanned)
2 two-sided visa application forms
Letter of mission from the French company indicating the contact details of the company visited in Namibia, the reason and dates of the trip and specifying the travel and subsistence expenses by the company + signature and commercial stamp
Invitation letter from your correspondent in Namibia stating the reason and length of stay + signature and commercial stamp
Copy of the air ticket or itinerary
For foreigners residing in France (outside Europe): Provide in addition a copy of the residence permit

VISA TOURISM

VSI order form in duplicate
Original passport valid for 6 months after the scheduled return date
2 original color photos (not scanned)
2 two-sided visa application forms
Copy of the air ticket or itinerary
Certificate of travel agency specifying length of stay and dates
For foreigners residing in France (outside Europe): Provide in addition a copy of the residence permit
