If you wish to entrust us with the legalization of your documents, please send us the required documents accompanied by the order form VSI legalization (see attached file at the top of the page) and the regulations.
Local authorities may require certification by a notary. Otherwise, the signature must be authenticated by the local Chamber of Commerce.
If a translation is required, have the documents translated by a sworn translator, after legalization at the Chamber of Commerce and Industries of the signature.
The French copy and the Spanish copy must both contain the commercial stamp of the translator and the same registration number.
Then legalize the signature of the Translator by the local Chamber of Commerce.
Attach one additional copy of each document to the Chamber of Commerce documents in French and Spanish
Attach an extra copy of the documents in Spanish for the Consulate
