VISA OUGANDA Application

Information to know:

• Visa exemptions: Nationals of the following countries with a regular passport are exempt from visas if they stay less than 90 days: Angola, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Burundi, Comoros, Cyprus, Eritrea, Fiji, Gambia, Ireland, Jamaica, Kenya Lesotho, Madagascar, Malawi, Malta, Rwanda, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Singapore, Solomon Islands, Swaziland, Tanzania, Tonga, Vanuatu, Zambia and Zimbabwe. Non-exhaustive list may change at any time, contact us for verification.

• Transit : it is possible to stay in transit for 24 hours with the continuation ticket.

• Children: A complete visa application must be completed for each child.

O Minors traveling alone : Provide in addition to the formalities Tourism: an authorization to leave the territory of both parents + copy of the family booklet + copy of the parents' identity documents

O Minors traveling with one of the parents: Provide in addition to the formalities Tourism: Permission to leave the territory of the other parent + copy of the family booklet + copy of parents' identity documents

VISA ON ARRIVAL - eVisa SINGLE ENTRY

If you want VSI to take in charge the evisa process, please send us by email at evisa@vsi-visa.com the following documents:

• Copy of the passport (identification page ), in colors. The passport has to contain at least 2 blank pages and be valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival in India. Temporary passport is not accepted.
• 1 photo in color
• VSI order form - eVIsa 
• Visa apllication form completed
• Flight reservation (if possible)
• Copy double-sided of the residence permit
• Invitation for business travel and conference
• Copy of vaccination card mentioning the vaccine against yellow fever

Other documents may be claimed depending on the category of visa requested. For example:  mission letter, letter of invitation/hotel reservation, criminal record etc.

VISA ON ARRIVAL - eVisa MULTIPLES ENTRIES

If you want VSI to take in charge the evisa process, please send us by email at evisa@vsi-visa.com the following documents:

• Copy of the passport (identification page ), in colors. The passport has to contain at least 2 blank pages and be valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival in India. Temporary passport is not accepted.
• 1 photo in color
• VSI order form - eVIsa 
• Visa apllication form completed
• Flight reservation (if possible)
• Copy double-sided of the residence permit
• Invitation for business travel and conference
• Copy of vaccination card mentioning the vaccine against yellow fever
• Engagement letter specifying a request for multiple entries
• Proof entries and exits into Uganda in the last one year (All)
• Extract from criminal record
• 2 Letters of invitations

Other documents may be claimed depending on the category of visa requested. For example:  mission letter, letter of invitation/hotel reservation, criminal record etc.
