VISA OUZBEKISTAN Application

Information to know :

• Visa exemptions: Nationals of the following countries with an ordinary passport are exempt from visas: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Russia and Ukraine. Non-exhaustive list may change at any time, contact us for verification.

• Transit : it is possible to stay in transit for 24 hours with the continuation ticket.

• The residence permit is not required for foreign nationals when sending their visa application

• Children: A complete visa application must be completed for each child.

O Minors traveling alone : Provide in addition to the formalities Tourism: an authorization to leave the territory of both parents + copy of the family booklet

O Minors traveling with one of the parents: Provide in addition to the formalities Tourism: Authorization to leave the territory of the other parent + copy of the family booklet

VISA BUSINESS

• VSI order form in duplicate
• Original passport valid for 6 months after the scheduled return date
• 1 original photo ID in color (not scanned)
• 1 visa application form to be completed online and then printed: HERE

Vsi can take care of completing the visa application form online for you for 12 €. Simply indicate it on the order form and attach the visa application form

• Mission letter from the French company indicating the reason and dates of the trip
• Invitation letter from the public company visited in Uzbekistan
• If the company visited is a private company, the invitation is not required.
• Invitation letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (or Telex whose number is to be communicated to us) whatever the number of entries requested. The consulate can only take this invitation for private companies. The foreign companies established in Uzbekistan or the public companies Uzbek must provide it, the consulate can not take charge of the proceedings. Please note, if the consulate is responsible for obtaining the official letter / telex, the processing time for the file is longer: between 1 week and 10 days minimum (no emergency possible). If you wish to obtain the visa in express it is necessary that you attach to your file the letter of invitation or the number of telex.

VISA TOURISM

Attention : no urgency in tourism, minimum delay of 7 to 10 days (For groups: longer delay).

• VSI order form in duplicate
• Original passport valid for 6 months after the scheduled return date
• 1 original photo ID in color (not scanned)
• 1 original visa application form to be completed online: HERE

• Copy of the airline ticket or itinerary return or Certificate of the travel agency. In the case of entry into the country by road by car, provide in the place of the ticket an attestation on the honor that you realize a trip in a vehicle + attach a copy of the vehicle registration card
• Invitation of the agency Uzbek or Voucher. Not required for nationals of the following countries if staying less than 30 days: France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, Great Britain, Belgium, Latvia, Japan, Austria, USA. We can get the vouchers of hotel but the reservation is paying and can not be canceled
• Invitation from the Ministry of the Interior for private trips (homestay, unorganized trips by tour operators or agencies)

SERVICE VISA

• VSI order form in duplicate
• Service Passport
• Verbal note
• 1 visa application form
• 1 original photo ID in color (not scanned)
• The telex number (visa number) issued by the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan on the basis of an invitation by Uzbek public bodies (ministries or other)
