• Consulate only open on Tuesdays and Fridays. Deposits and withdrawals of records are only possible on those days.

• Visa Exemptions: Nationals of the following countries with an ordinary passport are exempt from visas: Burundi and Rwanda. If staying less than 90 days: Zimbabwe. Non-exhaustive list may change at any time, contact us for verification.

• Children: A complete visa application must be completed for each child.

Minors traveling alone : Provide in addition to the formalities Tourism: an authorization to leave the territory of both parents + copy of the family booklet

Minors traveling with one of the parents: Provide in addition to the formalities Tourism: Permission to leave the territory of the other parent + copy of the family book

• Health : Anti Typhoid Vaccinations and Paratyphoid Vaccinations and Recommended Malaria Treatment

VISA BUSINESS

• 2 Vsi Order form in 2 copies
• Original passport valid for 6 months after the scheduled return date
• Copy of Passport ID
• 2 original color photos (not scanned)
• Visa application form printed in 2 copies, to be completed online after opening a free account: https://demarches-rdcparis.com/users/templates/

• Letter of commitment (file attached at the top of the page or click here )
• Detailed letter of mission from the French company indicating the reason and dates of the trip
• Letter of invitation from your correspondent indicating the reason and dates of the trip, legalized by the Congolese Ministry of Foreign Affairs and a local notary.
• Copy of the vaccination record
• For women: to enclose in addition a marital authorization of travel + copy of the card of identity of the spouse
• For foreigners resident in France: provide in addition a copy of the residence permit

VISA TOURISM (or travel for adoption)

• 2 Vsi Order form in 2 copies
• Original passport valid for 6 months after the scheduled return date
