VISA RWANDA Application

Information to know:

• Visa exemptions: Nationals of the following countries with a regular passport are exempt from visas if they stay less than 90 days: Burundi, Hong Kong, Mauritius, Kenya, Uganda, Philippines, Rep. Dem. Congo, Singapore, Tanzania. Non-exhaustive list may change at any time, contact us for verification.

• Transit : it is possible to stay in transit on the same calendar day with the continuation plane ticket.

• Children: A complete visa application must be completed for each child.

O Minors traveling alone : Provide in addition to the formalities Tourism: an authorization to leave the territory of both parents + copy of the family booklet

O Minors traveling with one of the parents: Provide in addition to the formalities Tourism: Authorization to leave the territory of the other parent + copy of the family booklet

VISA BUSINESS

• VSI order form in duplicate
• Original passport valid for 6 months after the scheduled return date
• 1 original color picture (not scanned) - NO STAPLES ON FORM
• 1 fully completed original visa application form
• Letter of mission from the French company indicating the reason and dates of the trip, specifying the full contact details of the partner (name and phone number of the contact required!)
• Invitation letter from your correspondent indicating the reason and the dates of the trip (it must cover the entire stay) + name and telephone number of the obliagtoires contact!
• Copy of the air ticket or itinerary
• Vaccination note with yellow fever + 1 copy
• For Europeans residing in France: Provide in addition a proof of residence
• For foreigners residing in France (outside Europe): Provide in addition a copy of the residence permit

VISA TOURISM

• VSI order form in duplicate
• Original passport valid for 6 months after the scheduled return date
• 1 original color picture (not scanned) NO STAPLES ON FORM
• 1 fully completed original visa application form
• Copy of the air ticket or itinerary
• Hotel reservation covering the whole stay or Accommodation certificate
• Vaccination note with yellow fever + 1 copy
• For Europeans residing in France: Provide in addition a proof of residence
• For foreigners residing in France (outside Europe): Provide in addition a copy of the residence permit
