Information to know:

• Visa exemptions: Nationals of the following countries with an ordinary passport are exempt from visas if they stay less than 90 days: Albania, Andorra, Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Bolivia, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Cyprus, Korea Costa Rica, Croatia, Cuba, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France , Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Montenegro, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Seychelles, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Tunisia, USA and the Vatican. Non-exhaustive list may change at any time, contact us for verification.

To enter the country the following documents must be presented:

Valid passport or identity card (for EU countries only)

Beyond the authorized period, you must apply for a visa.

• Transit : it is possible to stay in transit for 24 hours with the continuation ticket and possibly the visa of the country of destination if this is required. There is no hotel at the airport

• Children: A complete visa application must be completed for each child.

O Minors traveling alone : Provide in addition to the formalities Tourism: an authorization to leave the territory of both parents + copy of the family booklet

O Minors traveling with one of the parents: Provide in addition to the formalities Tourism: Authorization to leave the territory of the other parent + copy of the family booklet

ATTENTION: For certain nationalities, the consulate is awaiting authorization from the local authorities to issue the visa. In this case, the time limit is undetermined.

VISA BUSINESS

• VSI order form in duplicate
• Original passport valid for at least 90 days from the date of issuance of the visa
• 1 original color picture (not scanned) of size 3.5 x4.5 cm
• 1 fully completed original visa application form
• Mission letter from the French company indicating the reason and dates of the trip
• Official letter of invitation from Serbia (issued by the Serbian authorities), specifying the name, address and nature of the company visited, as well as the expected duration of the visit
• Copy of the airline ticket or itinerary (copy of international driving license and car insurance if traveling by car)
• Proof of sufficient funds to stay in Serbia
• For Europeans residing in France: proof of residence
• For foreigners residing in France (outside Europe): Provide in addition the original residence card

VISA TOURISM

• VSI order form in duplicate
• Original passport valid for at least 90 days from the date of issuance of the visa
• 1 original color picture (not scanned) of size 3.5 x4.5 cm
• 1 fully completed original visa application form
• Certificate of accommodation or Confirmation of hotel reservation for organized trips
• Copy of the airline ticket or itinerary (copy of international driving license and car insurance if traveling by car)
• Proof of sufficient funds to stay in Serbia
• For Europeans residing in France: proof of residence
• For foreigners residing in France (outside Europe): Provide in addition the original residence card
