Documents to provide	VSI order form in 2 copies Form 14A visa application form (download at www.ica.gov.sg ) 1 photo format passport in colors on bench bottom, dating less than 3 months, to paste on the form Original passport with a minimum validity of 6 months Copy of the identity of the passport (page with the photo) Copy of residence permit for foreign nationals living in France Nominative round-trip airfare Confirmation of nominative hotel Invitation letter from your Singaporean contact (form V39A available on www.ica.gov.sg + copy of your sponsor's identity document or Kbis extract from the company (see www.acra.gov.sg ) Phone number + email address Information on: www.ica.gov.sg/index.aspx Caution: The photo to be pasted on the visa application form must not be cut to the size of the frame, it must be in passport type format.
