VISA TANZANIE Application

Information to know:

• Visa exemptions: Nationals of the following countries with an ordinary passport are exempt from visas if they stay less than 90 days: Burundi, Kenya Rwanda, Uganda. Non-exhaustive list may change at any time, contact us for verification.

• Health: Yellow fever vaccine recommended. This is compulsory if you have stayed in the country 6 days before your arrival in Tanzania in a country with cases of yellow fever (in case of non-presentation of the vaccination card, this must be done on arrival at a cost Of about USD 10). Anti-typhoid vaccine, paratyphoid and malaria treatment recommended.

• Transit : it is possible to stay in transit on the same calendar day with the continuation ticket.

• Children: A complete visa application must be completed for each child.

O Minors traveling alone : Provide in addition to the formalities Tourism: an authorization to leave the territory of both parents + copy of the family booklet

O Minors traveling with one of the parents: Provide in addition to the formalities Tourism: Authorization to leave the territory of the other parent + copy of the family booklet

BUSINESS VISA ON ARRIVAL - eVisa

Please send your request at least 20 days before departure

• VSI order form
• passport with optical or biometric reading, valid 6 months after the scheduled return date, with 2 free pages face to face
• 1 original color picture (not scanned) pasted on the form (do not staple + indicate on the back the name and first name)
• 1 fully completed visa application form
• Invitation letter from your correspondent indicating the reason and dates of the trip
• For foreigners living in France (outside Europe): Provide a copy of the original residence card
• Copy of return trip ticket

Applicants whose following nationals must obtain special authorization from the Commissioner General for Immigration or the Immigration Commissioner (Zanzibar) before the visa is issued.

These nationals are encouraged NOT to book airline tickets or make payments for any reservations in Tanzania before obtaining approval of their visa. Referral visa applicants are asked to apply at least two months prior to the date of travel.
