Czech Republic, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and USA If less than 90 days stay: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, South Korea and Peru. • For ALGERIAN nationals the presentation of a biometric passport is compulsory for the obtaining of the visa

• Transit : it is possible to stay in transit during 12 hours with the continuation ticket

eVISA BUSINESS or "non-immigrant visa"

• Copy of the passport's identity page (page where the photo appears)

• 1photo ID in color (not scanned)
• 1 visa application form
• Copy of the flight reservation

• Mission letter from the French company indicating the reason and dates of the trip
• Invitation letter from Thailand
• Last passenger's bank statement
• Certificate of incorporation of the Thaï company
• Proof of residence of less than 3 months
• For any national of the Maghreb, Middle East and Asia living in France: Provide in addition:

O 2 additional forms (3 in total)

O 2 additional ID photos (3 in total)

O Letter of invitation from the Thai company

O Copy of the air ticket or itinerary

O Copy of the last 3 payslips

eVISA TOURISME - (Attention: different documents for certain nationalities, see box below)

eVISA TRAVAIL - Category B

Visa for people coming to Thailand to work.

• VSI order form in duplicate
• Copy of the passport valid for at least 6 months if visa application for 6 months, valid for 18 months if visa application 1 year
• Copy of the passport pages with all the visas from all the countries you have obtained in this passport 
• 1 recent color photo (not scanned). Format 4 * 6 cm
• 1 visa application form
• Authorization of the Thai Ministry of Labor. Document to ask your employer in Thailand
• Letter from your employer stating the reason for your stay
• Company documents provided by your employer: company registration, company profile, list of shareholders, extract Kbis from the Thai company
• Last passenger's bank statement
• Proof of sufficient resources to meet your needs once on the spot: 20 000 baht (500 €) if you are alone and 40 000 baht if you are in family (1 000 €)

• Proof of residence of less than 3 months
• Copy of your previous work permit if it is a renewal

Important: Upon arrival in Thailand, you must go to the Foreign Workers Administration office to apply for your work permit.

If you wish to extend your visa, you must be in possession of a work permit. The one-year renewable visa and the work permit will be issued at the same time.

eVISA ACCOMPANYING or "dependent visa" - Category O

Visa intended for the family (spouse and children) of an expatriate. It allows him to stay in Thailand for the duration of the visa of this expatriate.

• Copy of the passport valid for at least 6 months if visa application for 6 months, valid for 18 months if visa application 1 year

eVISA STUDENT or "Educational visa" - ED Category

Visa for students coming to Thailand for an unpaid internship or to study at university.

There are 2 types of student visas:

- Visa ED single entry

- Visa ED multiple entries

Documents to provide :

• VSI order form in duplicate
• Copy of the passport valid for at least 6 months if applying for a single entry visa or 18 months if applying for a multiple entry visa
• Copy of the passport pages with all the visas from all the countries you have obtained in this passport 
• 1 recent color photo (not scanned). Format 4 * 6 cm
• 1 visa application form
• Last passenger's bank statement
• Certificate of enrollment in university or Certificate of internship

Visa 1 Entry: Visa valid for 90 days with a stay of max. Of 30 days but renewable for 90 days at the Immigration Bureau in Bangkok if you apply for a work permit. Without a permit, you can only extend your stay for 30 days.

Visa multiple entries: Visa valid for 1 year with a maximum stay time. Of 90 days in the territory. You will be obliged to leave the territory every 3 months.

eVISA TRAINING

Visa for school students recognized by the French Ministry of Education wishing to do an unpaid internship in a Thailand company or organization.

The internship must not be remunerated otherwise the work visa (category B) must be sought.

The authorization of reception must be registered with the Thai authorities.

• VSI order form in duplicate
• Copy of the passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure
• Copy of the passport pages with all the visas from all the countries you have obtained in this passport 
• 1 original and recent color photo (not scanned). Format 4 * 6 cm
• 1 visa application form
• Copy of the internship agreement
• Original letter of invitation from the host organization

• Copy of the identity document of the person authorized to sign the letter of invitation (see above) with the words "copy in accordance with the original" or "inscribed by the authorized person dated and signed
• The complete register of the host organization
• Original of the letter of the school in France indicating the details of the student's internship
• Scan for Proof of Residence less than 3 months

eVISA LONGUE DUREE or "long-term business visa" - Category BA

Visa for people wishing to set up or invest in Thailand. It is granted for one year and renewable for a period of one year with each application.

To obtain this visa, the company in which you wish to invest, must submit your visa application to the Immigration Office in Thailand. This office reviews the request and transmits its approval to the Embassy of Thailand, which will then issue your visa.

The period for obtaining this visa is 2 to 3 months.

eVISA LONG STAY FOR PERSONS RETIRED - Category OA

Visa OA is intended for retired persons over 50 years of age.

This type of visa does not allow to work and gives the right to stay in Thailand for one year with multiple entries.

For each entry, if the stay exceeds 3 months, the holder must go to the immigration department. The holder of this visa may extend it to the immigration department.

Please note: from the 2nd application for this type of visa to the Embassy, ​​a bank deposit of 800,000 baht in a bank in Thailand is compulsory and to be presented in the form of a recent certificate or a bank note (Less than one month).

Documents to be submitted in the following order:

• Copy of the passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure
• Copy of the passport pages with all the visas from all the countries you have obtained in this passport 
• 1 original and recent color photo (not scanned). Format 4 * 6 cm
• 1 visa application form
• 3 copies of medical certificate
• 3 copies of extract from the criminal record
• 3 copies of proof of residence in France (electricity bill, telecom, etc.)
• 3 copies of proof of the resources: a bank deposit of 20 000 € per applicant to present in the form of a recent bank certificate (original)
• Please note: from the 2nd application for this type of visa to the Embassy, ​​a bank deposit of 800,000 baht in a bank in Thailand is compulsory and to be presented in the form of a recent certificate or a bank note Well-updated (less than a month)
