VISA TOGO Application

Information to know:

• Visa exemptions: Nationals of the following countries with an ordinary passport are exempt from visas if they stay less than 90 days: Benin, Burkina Faso, Cape Verde, Ivory Coast, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Liberia, Mali , Mauritania, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal and Sierra Leone. Non-exhaustive list may change at any time, contact us for verification.

• Health: Yellow fever vaccine and malaria treatment recommended.

• Transit : it is possible to stay in transit for 24 hours with the continuation ticket.

• Children: A complete visa application must be completed for each child.

O Minors traveling alone : Provide in addition to the formalities Tourism: an authorization to leave the territory of both parents + copy of the family booklet

O Minors traveling with one of the parents: Provide in addition to the formalities Tourism: Authorization to leave the territory of the other parent + copy of the family booklet

BUSINESS eVisa

• VSI order form
• Copies of the first 3 pages of the passport in good quality color whose validity is three months higher than that of the visa requested + the scan of the passport cover (where the flag appears)
• 1 photo in recent colors
• eVisa application form

• Letter of mission from the French company written on paper in front, indicating the reason and dates of the trip
• Letter of invitation from the Togolese company written on paper in front, indicating the reason and the dates of the trip
• Confirmation of hotel reservation
• Copy of the air ticket or return itinerary with the flight number of arrival in Togo
• Certificate of repatriation insurance. We can obtain it on request, contact us here
• For foreigners residing in France (outside Europe): Provide in addition a copy of the residence permit

The period is currently 5 working days in normal time

Any visa application submitted within 6 days before departure is subject to the urgent deadline (see VSI Order Form)

TOURIST eVisa

• VSI order form

• A bank certificate and statement of account as proof of the existence of sufficient financial resources to subsist during the stay

• Copy of the air ticket or return itinerary with the flight number of arrival in Togo
• Certificate of repatriation insurance. We can obtain it on request, contact us here
• A letter of invitation from the person or organization inviting (strongly recommended)

• For Work visa applications provide an entry permit issued by the Ministry of Security Mandatory
  For the application for an immigration visa under a family class, the applicant provides a letter of invitation and a copy of the parent’s residence permit, if the parent is a foreigner. - Mandatory
