Exemptions from visas:

Nationals of the following countries holding ordinary passports do not need tourist or business visas if they stay less than: 90 days maximum: Andorra, Argentina, Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, Brunei, Chile, Colombia Greece, Guatemala, Honduras, Hungary, Iceland, Iran, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kyrgyzstan, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Monaco, Montenegro, Morocco, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Rep. Czech Republic, San Marino, Seychelles, Singapore, St Kitts and Nexis, Sweden, Switzerland, Syria, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Uruguay and the Vatican. Non-exhaustive list that can change at any time, contact us for verification. Beyond the authorized period, you must apply for a visa.

People going to work for the Embassy or the Consulate of France in Turkey do not need to obtain a visa

Transit :

It is possible to stay in transit, without a visa, for 24 hours with the continuation ticket. Exiting the transit zone is not allowed.

Visa on arrival - eVisa :

Warning, for nationals who could obtain the visa upon arrival in Turkey, it is now no longer possible to obtain it on the spot. Before you leave, you must obtain an e-Visa online (e-Visa)

Copy of the passport (identification page ), in colors. The passport has to contain at least 2 blank pages and be valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival in Turkey

Processing time : from 2 to 6 days currently.

Once the approval is obtained, VSI will send you the document you will have to provide on arrival. Please note that biometric details of the applicant will be mandatorily captured at Immigration on arrival in Turkey.

Nationals of the countries listed below must travel with an airline that has signed a protocol with the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
