VISA VIETNAM Application

Important information :

• Visa Exemption : the nationals of the following countries, holding a normal passport do not need a visa : Kyrgyzstan

o    For a stay less than 30 days : Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaisia, Singapor et Thaïland

o    For a stay less than 21 days : Philippines

o    For a stay less than 15 days : Danemark, Finland, Japan, South Korea, Norway, Russia and Sweden

• Transit without visa : is possible for a maximum of 24h for holders of onward ticket.

• Minors : Il faut établir une demande de visa complète pour chaque enfant.

o    Mineurs voyageant seuls : Fournir en plus des formalités Tourisme : une autorisation de sortie de territoire des 2 parents + copie du livret de famille

o    Mineurs voyageant avec un des deux parents : Fournir en plus des formalités Tourisme : Autorisation de sortie du territoire de l’autre parent + copie du livret de famille

TOURIST VISA

The tourist visa can be obtain even 1 year before departure.

• VSI order form in 2 copies
• Passport with at least two blank visa pages. It has to be valid for at least six months beyond the entry date and 1 month after visa date of expiry
• Two original photograph in color, recent, passport type photograph (35 mm x 45mm) , taken against a white background. 
• Two Visa Application Form fully completed and signed :  
• Approval obtained from the Ministry of Interior or Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Vietnam. VSI can obtain it for you (cost : 9.36 € TTC - See table below)

BUSINESS VISA 

This type of visa is made for those purpose of visit : business, work, training, humanitarian aid...

• VSI order form in 2 copies
• Passport with at least two blank visa pages. It has to be valid for at least six months beyond the entry date and 1 month after visa date of expiry
• Two original photograph in color, recent, passport type photograph (35 mm x 45mm) , taken against a white background. 
• Two Visa Application Form fully completed and signed :  
• Approval obtained from the Ministry of Interior or Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Vietnam. 

VISA ON ARRIVAL (e-Visa)

An e-visa is accepted is you are arriving from one of these points :

• AIRPORTS : Cat Bi Int Airport (Hai Phong), Cam Ranh Int Airport (Khanh Hoa), Can Tho International Airport, Da Nang International Airport, Noi Bai Int Airport (Ha Noi), Phu Bai Int Airport, Phu Quoc International Airport, Tan Son Nhat Int Airport (Ho Chi Minh City).
• BY ROAD : Bo Y Landport, Cha Lo Landport, Cau Treo Landport, Huu Nghi Landport, Ha Tien Landport, Lao Bao Landport, Lao Cai Landport, Moc Bai Landport, Mong Cai Landport, Nam Can Landport, Song Tien Landport, Tinh Bien Landport, Xa Mat Landport.
• BY SEA : Da Nang Seaport, Hon Gai Seaport, Hai Phong Seaport, Nha Trang Seaport, Quy Nhon Seaport, Ho Chi Minh City Seaport, Vung Tau Seaport.

If you want VSI to obtain your e-visa, please send us by email at this address evisa@vsi-visa.com or by post, the following documents :

• VSI order form - eVIsa (warning : the consular fees depends on your natioanlity and can be more expensive that those mentionned on the order form)
• Appication form completed
• Copy of the identification page of your passport in colors, and good quality. The passport has to contain at least 2 blank pages and be valid for at least 6 months from date of arrival in Vietnam. Temporary passport are not accepted
• 1 photo in colors
• Flight reservation (if possible)

Then we will send you the e-visa approval by email, that you will have to print and bring with you at the airport.
This e-visa is valid for 30 days and 1 entry. It is non extendable.

You can apply for a e-visa if you are national of one of those countries  :
Argentina, Armenia, Australia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bruney,  Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China (Not apply to Chinese epassport holders), Colombia, Cuba, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Korea (South) Luxembourg, Mongolia, Myanmar, Netherlands, New Zeland, Norway, Panama, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Timor Leste, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, United States of America, Uruguay, Venezuela.

EXPATRIATION VISA

Apply for a business visa valid for 3 months. The visa will be modify at your arrival.
