LEGALISATIONS ARABIE

VSI offers the legalization of documents for several reasons :

• Documents legalization for obtaining a residence permit

If you want us legalization of documents, please send us the required documents with the Order VSI legalization (see file attached to top ) and Regulation .

GOODS EXPORT

• Documents required by local authorities to legalize

o    Origin certificate 3 copies
o    Invoice 3 copies

Further provide a set of copies of the documents , which will be given annually consulate

•  Required Representations

o    Commerce chamber and Industries

o    Ministry of Foreign Affairs

OBTAINING RESIDENCE PERMITS

All documents must be translated into English except Diplomas which only copies in the original language will be legalized ( we take care of translations) .

The Saudi Cultural Bureau operates the diplomas issued in France, Belgium , Switzerland, Spain and Portugal only

• Documents required by local authorities to legalize :

o Original marriage certificate extract ( the municipality must always note the name and qualification of signatory)

o Certified copy by the Mayor of higher professional degrees in tray ( the municipality must always note the name and qualification of signatory)

o Certified copy by the City of certificates and doctoral degrees issued by the University, eventually. (City Hall must always note the name and qualification of signatory)

For the legalization of degree only , the Cultural Service of the Embassy requires the following documents in addition to the copy of the diploma :

• Copy of the work contract certified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Saudi Chamber of Commerce

• Letter signed, requesting the legalization of the diploma, and stating the purpose, to the attention of the Bureau. Click here for a template

• Certified copy of your diploma, legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in France

• Copy of ID
• Copy of the residence permit , possibly
• Copy of Iquama (if residence in Arabia )

• Original of a criminal record dating less than 3 months
• Sheets 2 and 3 duly completed
• Full details of the applicant: name - surname - tel. - Mail address
• Power given to the Bureau Culturel to contact your previous university : Template here

Only diplomas will be legalized and only the French copy will be legalized . Incomplete applications are not processed by the Cultural Office of Saudi Arabia

    o Cultural Office of the Embassy of Saudi Arabia for the diploma

• VSI services cost : Flat rate : 172.00 € + VAT per case cost of translation (if necessary). Please complete our order form in 2 copies
