Procedure for any visa application :

Step 1: Prepare your file with all documents listed below to present

Step 2: Make an appointment with the Consulate by phone at 01.44.34.22.07 Monday to Friday from 9h to 17h

Step 3: in person at the Consular Section on the day of the appointment

Step 4: Remove your passport with visa by the deadline

o Minors traveling alone , joining parents : Provide more formalities Tourism: a territory exit permit of 2 parents + copy of the family register

STUDENT VISA / STAGE

Students or trainees nationals of countries exempt from tourist visas can travel to Argentina without a visa, a passport minis valid.

Nevertheless they must within 30 days of arrival, regularize their position at the premises of the immigration service.

VISA EXPATRIATION

1st step :

The visa application will be reviewed and approved in Argentina by the National Directorate of Immigration who will issue the residence permit required for the visa by the consulate.

The approach must be made by the company interested in the Direccion Nacional de Migraciones Argentina. The applicant will receive the Residence Permit to be submitted at the visa application along with the documents mentioned in the license Ingreso:

- Either the labor contract signed in Argentina by the employer before a notary, and in France by the worker before the Consul.

- Either the letter from the company drafted and translated into Spanish, signed and certified by the Chamber of Commerce addressed to the Argentine Consulate with the following elements:

Full name of the worker, family status, occupation

Period of secondment

Complete coordinates of the company in Argentina

Name and surname of the spouse and children accompanying the person concerned

Statement that the worker is on staff and will remain while in Argentina

Declaration attesting that all travel costs, salary, social security, medical repatriation etc. ... will be borne by the company

Step 2: Make an appointment at the Consulate : 01.44.34.22.07 for:

Presentation at the Consulate of the residence permit and the following documents:

- Valid passport

- 3 photos on white, ¾ right profile ( look slightly to the left , without glasses )

- Medical certificate

For people over 16 years :

- 2 criminal records not older than 3 months, legalized by apostille ( the appeal court )

- 4 extracts of civil status issued by the town hall on international / multilingual form ; legalized by apostille

- 2 extracts of birth certificates

- 2 extracts of marriage or divorce may

- 2 extracts death certificate of spouse eventually

For people of months 16 years: add parental permission to leave the country .

If the documents are not established in international form must be translated into Spanish by a certified translator and then covered by the Apostille.

Cash payment of consular fees to the filing of the application ( 24 time)

TRANSIT VISA

Consulate advised to obtain a visa before departure

It is possible to stay in transit without a visa for 24 hours if we have the continuation ticket. You can leave the airport except for the following nationals must also obtain a visa before departure : Hong Kong, Macao, British passport holders made overseas , licensees of Taiwanese residence.
