You must send us either the originals or certified copies by the general council or the town hall of your domicile. If the general council has only provided you with copies, we send these documents without going through the town hall - copies of copies are prohibited As a general rule, we do not legalize the notice which must imperatively be presented to the Ministry nevertheless. Make copies and have them certified by the town hall of your home The town hall shall affix the following words: "certified true copy" Unless your employer and the persons who have sent you the letters have already had their signatures authenticated by their respective town halls - in this case we send the originals |

- Warning: Since July 2007 the Town Hall, whatever the indication affixed, must indicate on each document the name and the quality of the signatory
- Note: City halls are no longer allowed to certify copies of documents as a general rule. This rule is not applicable for documents intended to be produced abroad and you can insist if necessary.
- All entries and stamps must appear on a printed page. A certification on the back of a document, if it is blank, is refused by the Ministry.
- If the amount of the check is not correct we do not block the file. We claim the difference or refund the overpayment.
