VISA SOUDAN Application

Information to know:

• Visa Exemptions: Nationals of the following countries with an ordinary passport are exempt from visas: Egypt. If stay less than a month: Syria. Non-exhaustive list may change at any time, contact us for verification.

• Visa upon arrival: Citizens of the following countries can obtain the visa upon arrival: Malaysia, Kenya, Turkey, Eritrea, United Arab Emirates.

• Transit : it is possible to stay in transit for 6 hours with the continuation ticket.

• Health: Yellow fever vaccination and malaria treatment recommended

• If entry by land, additional documents to provide:

O Detailed luggage list: number of luggage and contents

O Letter to the Consul indicating the purpose of the trip, the journey including the points of entry and exit (authorization is transmitted to the border posts)

O In the case of private accommodation: provide all the contact details of the hosting company

O Copy of the return ticket of the country of origin

O Hotel reservation or certificate of accommodation established by a local person vouching for the traveler

O Visa of the country of continuation (if applicable)

• Children: A complete visa application must be completed for each child.

O Minors traveling alone : Provide in addition to the formalities Tourism: an authorization to leave the territory of both parents + copy of the family booklet

O Minors traveling with one of the parents: Provide in addition to the formalities Tourism: Authorization to leave the territory of the other parent + copy of the family booklet

VISA BUSINESS (Businessmen / Humanitarian organizations / Associations)

• VSI order form in duplicate
• Original passport valid 6 months after the scheduled return date plus a copy of the photo page
• Copy of the passport (page with photo only)
• 2 original color photos and recent
• 2 original visa application forms
• Mission letter from the French company indicating the reason and dates of the trip
• Invitation letter from your correspondent indicating the reason and dates of the trip (Mandatory, whatever your company)
• Agreement of the Sudanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs sent directly to the consulate (Borders and Foreigners Section)
• Extract Kbis from the Sudanese society if it is not known to the diplomatic authorities
• For foreigners residing in France (outside Europe): Provide in addition the original residence card + one copy

VISA JOUNALIST

• VSI order form in duplicate
• Original passport valid 6 months after the scheduled return date plus a copy of the photo page
• Copy of the passport (page with photo only)
• 2 original color photos and recent
• 2 original visa application forms
• Mission letter from the press company indicating the exact reasons and details of the trip
• Press card valid
• Interview with the diplomat in charge of the press (deadline of up to 1 month)
• For foreigners residing in France (outside Europe): Provide in addition the original residence card + one copy

VISA TOURISM VISA JOUNALIST

• VSI order form in duplicate
• Original passport valid 6 months after the scheduled return date plus a copy of the photo page
• 2 original color photos and recent
• 2 visa application forms
• Copy of return air ticket or certificate from travel agency
• Hotel Reservation or Invitation issued by the Sudanese authorities
• For foreigners residing in France (outside Europe): Provide in addition the original residence card + one copy

VISA EXPATRIATION

For expatriation apply for business visas to be modified upon arrival in Sudan
