VISA UKRAINE Application

Information to know:

• Exemptions from visas:
• Nationals of the following countries with an ordinary passport are exempt from visas if they stay less than 90 days: Andorra, Argentina, Armenia, Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bosnia, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Croatia, Cyprus Denmark, Finland, France , Germany , Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United States and the Vatican. Non-exhaustive list may change at any time, contact us for verification.

• Transit : it is possible to stay in transit on the same calendar day with the continuation plane ticket.

• Children: A complete visa application must be completed for each child.

O Minors traveling alone : Provide in addition to the formalities Tourism: an authorization to leave the territory of both parents + copy of the family booklet + copy of the parents' identity documents

O Minors traveling with one of the parents: Provide in addition to the formalities Tourism: Permission to leave the territory of the other parent + copy of the family booklet + copy of parents' identity documents

VISA BUSINESS

• Original passport valid 1 month after the scheduled return date
• 2 original color photos (not scanned) recent visa application forms filled in online and printed in 2 examples
• The visa application form is to be completed online at http://visa.mfa.gov.ua/ . Once the visa application form is completed you will have to make an appointment on the same and provide us with proof of appointment.

• Mission letter from the French company indicating the reason and the dates of the trip, including the commercial stamp
• Invitation letter from the Ukrainian Government
• Certificate of insurance repatriation nominative, covering the length of the stay (we can obtain it on request). Holders of diplomatic and service passports are exempt from this formality
• Documents proving that you have sufficient financial means to cover your expenses of the stay in Ukraine and the return to your country of origin or residence (about 150 € per day)
• Power of attorney for VSI for filing and withdrawing passport
• For foreigners residing in France (outside Europe): Provide in addition a copy of the residence permit

VISA TOURISM

• Original passport valid 1 month after the scheduled return date
• 2 recent original color photos (not scanned)
• The visa application form is to be completed online at http://visa.mfa.gov.ua/ . Once the visa application form is completed you will have to make an appointment on the same and provide us with proof of appointment.
• Copy of return ticket or Travel agency certificate stating that transportation is paid
• Voucher of hotel or Certificate of accommodation of the correspondent for the "private" visas, issued by the Ukrainian authorities
• Certificate of repatriation insurance covering the length of stay from Axa (we can obtain it on request)
• Power of attorney for VSI for filing and withdrawing passport
• For foreigners residing in France (outside Europe): Supplement the ORIGINAL residence card + 1 copy

WORK VISA / EXPATRIATION

For French nationals and EU nationals visa is not required. Apply on-site to the Immigration and Registration Department of a natural person to obtain a resident card. Except holders of diplomatic and service passports

Formalities for other nationalities:

• Original passport valid 1 month after the scheduled return date
• 2 recent original color photos (not scanned)
• The visa application form is to be completed online at http://visa.mfa.gov.ua/ . Once the visa application form is completed you will have to make an appointment on the same and provide us with proof of appointment.
• Work permit to be obtained from the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy in Ukraine
• Power of attorney for VSI for filing and withdrawing passport
• For foreigners residing in France (outside Europe): Supplement the ORIGINAL residence card + 1 copy

VISA STUDENT

• Original passport valid 1 month after the scheduled return date
• 2 recent original color photos (not scanned)
• The visa application form is to be completed online at http://visa.mfa.gov.ua/ . Once the visa application form is completed you will have to make an appointment on the same and provide us with proof of appointment.
• Certificate of repatriation insurance covering the length of stay from Axa (we can obtain it on request)
• Official Invitation
• Power of attorney for VSI for filing and withdrawing passport
• For foreigners residing in France (outside Europe): Supplement the ORIGINAL residence card + 1 copy

TRANSIT / MEDIA / HUMANITARIAN VISA

Present in addition to the required documents in "Business":

• Transit: Visa and ticket for the final destination of the trip

• Mass Media: Accreditation with the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Ukraine

• Humanitarian: Humanitarian commission letter from the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine
