King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) and its partner VSI are pleased to provide you with documentation regarding obtaining your visa for Saudi Arabia.
Please find below the steps to follow :
1/ VSI provides information on the formalities for obtaining your visa (see table below)
2/ You download and fill in the required documents : visa application form, VSI order form . You need to gather all the documents mentioned according to the type of visa requested.
3/ You send your application by post or submit it directly at our address : VSI, 2 Place des Hauts Tilliers, 92230 GENNEVILLIERS. Our office welcomes you without appointment from 9.30 am to 1.00 pm and from 2.00 pm to 5.30 pm.
4/ Upon receipt of your application , VSI performs a verification of the file and send you a confirmation email with a tracking personnel No. At any time you can follow the status of your application online via the following website: http://www.vsiclients.com.
5/ You will receive your passport with the precious visa by post or it will be made available in our office.
6/ You 're ready for your trip !

- VSI order form in 2 copies
- Passport with at least two blank visa pages face to face or back to back. It has to be valid for at least six months beyond entry date and free from any visa stamp from Israel.
- Two photograph in color, recent, passport type photograph (35 mm x 45mm) , taken against a white background
- Visa Application Form fully completed, dated and signed. It has to mention a religion :
- Enjazit Visa Registration completed in Arabic – VSI can take it in charge
- Copy of your employment contract
- Visa approval
- Medical examinations (list here : )
- Original criminal record (bulletin n°3). Its has to be recent (less than 3 months)
- Certified copy by the city hall, of your last diploma (in line with the profession that will be exercised) or certificates of experience delivered by the last employer indicating the different positions and the duration of work, covered by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. VSI can take this legalization in charge for extre service cost: 2.00 € per doc + 49.20 €
- For Engineers and Doctors : the copy of your diploma has to be legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affaires and The Bureau Culturel. VSI can take it in charge (see tab below or click here)
- For foreigners other than europeans : Copy of your french residence permit + Bank account and EDF discharge
- For europeans citizens other than French : bank account + EDF discharge

FAMILY VISIT VISA

- VSI order form in 2 copies
- Passport with at least two blank visa pages face to face or back to back. It has to be valid for at least six months beyond entry date and free from any visa stamp from Israel.
- Two photograph in color, recent, passport type photograph (35 mm x 45mm) , taken against a white background
- Visa Application Form fully completed, dated and signed. It has to mention a religion :
- Enjazit Visa Registration completed in Arabic – VSI can take it in charge
- Invitation letter
- Copy of the Iqama of your contact that invites you
- Copy of your family registrer
- For foreigners other than europeans : Copy of your french residence permit + Bank account and EDF Discharge
- For europeans citizens other than French : bank account + EDF discharge

STUDENT VISA

- VSI order form in 2 copies
- Passport with at least two blank visa pages face to face or back to back. It has to be valid for at least six months beyond entry date and free from any visa stamp from Israel.
- Two photograph in color, recent, passport type photograph (35 mm x 45mm) , taken against a white background
- Visa Application Form fully completed, dated and signed. It has to mention a religion :
- Enjazit Visa Registration completed in Arabic – VSI can take it in charge
- Extrait de casier judiciaire original (les copies ne sont plus acceptées)
- Invitation letter from the Ministry of Education
- Acceptation universitaire
- Copy of the obtained diplomas
- Medical examinations (list here : )
- For foreigners other than europeans : Copy of your french residence permit + bank account and EDF discharge
- For europeans citizens other than French : bank account + EDF discharge

For the legalization of degree only , the Cultural Service of the Embassy requires the submission of the following documents
- Certified copy of your degree. VSI can take in charge the certification. In this case we need the original degree.
- Copy of the employment contract
- Copy of your passport (page with the photo only) or ID
- Original criminal record (less than 3 months)
- Sheet n° 2 completed : cliquez ici

Only diplomas will be legalized. Only the French copy will be legalized . Incomplete applications are not processed by the Cultural Bureau of Saudi Arabia
The Saudi Arabian Cultural Bureau in Paris is involved in degrees awarded in France, Belgium , Switzerland, Spain and Portugal only

The Administrative Visa (governmental visit) is valid for 1 month only.
The US citizen can obtain a visa valid for 5 years (about 1825 days).
